Ovio Organico is an organic skin care apothecary that began in 2002 in Victoria, BC, and is now located in Kamloops, BC, Canada. Amanda Barker is a Herbalist and has worked in the health food industry for over 10 years. Amanda is a purist in all that is natural and organic, and loves the process of creating and blending her own recipes for creams, salves, ointments and herbal remedies. Amanda has also had extensive training in aromatherapy and has a passion for natural perfumery.
Ovio Organico uses only organic or wildcrafted herbs, butters and oils, and all of the products are made by hand in small batches, so you receive the freshest and most pure food for your skin!
With salt from Hungary, mud from Italy, and aromatherapy from France we relax your mind, revive your body, and rejuvenate your soul with exquisite pampering. Mango Mandoria Balsamo is our signature product made with cold pressed sweet almond oil, fair trade mango butter and local beeswax. Our special blend of organic essential oils combines notes of bitter almond, vanilla and sweet orange. It is truly good enough to eat!

Our skin is the bodies largest organ, which means that whatever we put on our skin is literally being absorbed into our bloodstream. Skin care products either nourish our bodies or make them more toxic. Ovio Organico only uses raw ingrediants that will nourish and regenerate our outsides and insides! That is why we use cold pressed oils, butters and food grade organic essential oils. Your body will thank us!
